We offer longer appointments and all our expertise is tailored to helping you regain and maintain optimal physical function, whether you are 40 years old and just diagnosed with Parkinson’s, or 100 years old and wanting to stay independent on your feet.

Our physiotherapy team have a wealth of experience and expertise in working with people with Parkinson’s. The best time to start physio is as soon as you are diagnosed as a robust, specific exercise programme combined with medication is proven to be the best way to delay progression of symptoms. We offer one on one physiotherapy and tailored exercises classes specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s.
Falling (or fear of falling) can lead to loss of confidence and restriction of daily activities for an older person. Whether it is many falls or just one serious fall, it is essential to work actively to regain mobility and confidence as soon as possible. Evidence shows that greater confidence in mobility is associated with fewer falls and better quality of life.
On the Go Physio offer regular courses in Moving and Handling as well as courses for Physiotherapy Assistants and other Physiotherapists. You can see what we have coming up or request a course designed just for you.
